Since 2024, our operations are in hibernation. In 2023, we completely shut down production. In 2021, we started a freeze drying facility for processing small runs (~200lbs per 48-hour batch) of freeze dried products. However, it became too expensive to operate, so we halted production in 2022.
We are located in the Pacific Northwest in North America by the Columbia River and near the Wapato Basin that was carved by glaciers creating one of the largest lakes in the region, Lake Chelan.
